Susie Adams is the Chief Technology Officer for Microsoft Federal’s Civilian business. She has over 25 years of experience in IT and Computer Science and has held numerous leadership positions at Microsoft as well as several Washington area IT consulting organizations. In her present role she is responsible for managing all technical planning and IT decisions for a $600 million dollar business. Susie is noted for her leadership in starting up Microsoft’s Technology Center for the Washington DC region and is an accomplished author on the topics of IT Integration and Web development. Her most recent a book is on the development of Office Business Applications. Susie is a graduate of George Mason University.

Ramon C. Barquin, PhD is the President and CEO of Barquin International. He is a former IBM executive and an internationally known expert in the field of knowledge management. Dr. Barquin co-founded and was the first President of the Data Warehousing Institute, the leading professional organization in the field. He also founded and heads the Computer Ethics Institute.
An electrical engineer and mathematician by training, Dr. Barquin has taught at MIT, the University of Maryland, and the Chinese University of Hong Kong. He edited the Prentice Hall series on Data Warehousing, co-edited two books on Knowledge Management in the public sector, and has published over 100 technical and management articles on information technology. He has organized and chaired the E-Gov Knowledge Management conferences since 2000, and has conducted executive seminars in electronic government and knowledge management for the Brookings Institution.
Alex Bennet

Dr. Alex Bennet, internationally recognized as a leader in knowledge management and an agent for organizational change, was the Deputy Chief Information Officer for Enterprise Integration with the role of Chief Knowledge Officer (CKO) for the United States Department of the Navy. She was also co-chair of the Federal Knowledge Management Working Group, leading implementation of KM across the federal sector. Before becoming CKO, she served as Acquisition Reform Executive and Standards Improvement Executive. Alex has a Ph.D. in Human and Organizational Systems, degrees in Management for Organizational Effectiveness, Human Development, English and Marketing, and graduate certificates in Total Quality Management, System Dynamics, Project Management and Defense Acquisition Management. She is a member of Delta Epsilon Sigma and the Golden Key National Honor Society. Among her many honors, she is the recipient of the Department of the Navy Distinguished and Superior Public Service Awards, the National Performance Review Hammer Award from the Vice President, and the National Knowledge and Intellectual Property Management Task Force Award for distinguished service and exemplary leadership.
Susan Camarena

Dr. Camarena serves as the Chief Knowledge Officer for the Federal Transit Administration (FTA), under the Department of Transportation, where she is leading the effort to apply formal Knowledge Management practices throughout FTA. Before joining FTA, Dr. Camarena led the U.S. Agency for International Development (USAID) Knowledge for Development (KfD) Program and was the Chief of the USAID Development Information Division. Prior to her civil service career, Dr. Camarena served over 21 years in the US Army Signal Corps, providing command and control telecommunications and information systems to Army leaders, retiring in November, 2002 with the rank of Lieutenant Colonel. , Dr. Camarena holds a BA in Psychology from the University of Michigan, a MS in Educational Leadership from Troy University, and a Doctor of Management degree from the University of Maryland University College (UMUC).

Oltsik is widely recognized as an expert in security management and technology as well as identity and access management. Most recently, Oltsik has focused on Information Technology and Cybersecurity in the U.S. Federal Government.
Oltsik has been in the technology industry for well over 20 years. Prior to joining ESG, Oltsik was the founder and principal of Hype-Free Consulting. Mr. Oltsik has also held senior positions at GiantLoop Network, Forrester Research, and EMC Corporation, and Epoch Systems. Mr. Oltsik has an MBA and a BA degree from the University of Massachusetts, Amherst.
