Chris C. Kemp is an entrepreneurial executive with a passion for igniting innovation in high-tech organizations. Chris has over a decade of experience starting, funding, building, and selling technology businesses.
Chris joined NASA Ames in 2006 as Director of Strategic Business Development and helped forge partnerships with Google and Microsoft. Since 2008, he has served as Chairman of NASA's Web Council and Chief Information Officer for NASA Ames Research Center. As CIO of a NASA field center, he is responsible for most of the IT infrastructure at NASA Ames (networks, datacenters, systems, etc.), and several NASA-wide services, including the NASA Security Operations Center (SOC).
Chris is also responsible for conceiving and establishing NASA's Cloud Computing Platform Pilot Nebula.
Prior to joining NASA, Chris helped create the third largest online community, Classmates.com, the leading web-based vacation rental platform Escapia, and the first online grocery shopping platform for Kroger, the world's largest grocery store chain.
Jon Oltsik

Jon Oltsik is a principal analyst at Enterprise Strategy Group as well as the founder of its Information Security and Networking services.
Oltsik is widely recognized as an expert in security management and technology as well as identity and access management. Most recently, Oltsik has focused on Information Technology and Cybersecurity in the U.S. Federal Government.
Oltsik has been in the technology industry for well over 20 years. Prior to joining ESG, Oltsik was the founder and principal of Hype-Free Consulting. Mr. Oltsik has also held senior positions at GiantLoop Network, Forrester Research, and EMC Corporation, and Epoch Systems. Mr. Oltsik has an MBA and a BA degree from the University of Massachusetts, Amherst.
Kevin Paschuck

Kevin Paschuck has been a leader in information technology sales and sales management for more than 15 years. As Vice President for RightNow Technologies Public Sector Organization, he is responsible for all RightNow sales activity which includes Federal Civilian Government, Department of Defense, Intelligence Community, Higher Education and State & Local Government. Kevin first joined RightNow Technologies in 2006 and has held several leadership positions with RightNow including Vice President, Federal Government prior to being promoted to his current position of Vice President, Public Sector.
Prior to joining RightNow, Mr. Paschuck worked for Oracle Corporation in various leadership roles and was also Director of Public Sector for salesforce.com.
Mr. Paschuck holds a BA in Business Communications from Robert Morris University and an Associate Arts degree in the Culinary Arts from the International Culinary Academy. He is a member of RightNow Technologies Leadership Team, AFCEA International, Educause, NASCIO and ExecutiveBiz. Mr. Paschuck grew up in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania and currently lives in Northern Virginia where he enjoys cooking, fitness activities and spending time with his family.
