Mal Poulin, RWD Technologies enterprise market director, has been in the corporate learning and performance field for more than 27 years. Poulin’s roles have ranged from technical classroom instruction to global business development management. Poulin spent nine years as business development manager in SAP Education, where he worked extensively with customers and the Americas’ SAP Users’ Group to assess business needs and trends. The results have been new and different ways to address these needs and support companies in their mission of optimizing employee performance across the enterprise. For the preceding 16 years, Poulin worked at Digital Equipment Corp., teaching, managing and developing many levels of business technology education.
