KM thrives where necessity demands it for organizational survival. We have seen examples of this in past conferences where many successful KM initiatives have been presented around war, homeland defense, intelligence and law enforcement. The same is true regardless of geography and we have learned in past events what our colleagues in the U.K., Japan and Singapore, among others, have done. In this session, KM practitioners from Canada and Israel present us with case studies of how their organizations have tackled organizational complexity, cultural diversity and learning competition through KM initiatives in highly sensitive security environments.
WHAT YOU WILL LEARN:
> How to align KM with organizational strategy
> Adapting KM to different organizational environments
> Understand the concept of “learning competition”
> How to obtain ROI for KM education programs in your organization
